Day Festival!
The 6th Annual First Day Festival will
be held
Sunday, August 17th from 1-4pm
Location: Liberty Square
at the SC Aquarium.
This event is dedicated to celebrating
education and to welcome the beginning of the new school year.
Students, Parents and Educators are invited to this FREE
FESTIVAL for an afternoon of Entertainment, Food,
School Supplies and information about student support services. Last
year's festival had an estimated 7,000 children and parents
attending and 98 exhibitors providing educational information.
To accommodate the growing crowds that attend the festival this year
there will be more activities held at the Maritime Center in
addition to Liberty Square.
